Hi everyone! This January I am undergoing vulvoplasty surgery (also known as Sex reassignment surgery) at Oregon Health Sciences University.

I am anxiously awaiting this life saving transition milestone and the long recovery afterwards. I will be out of work for 2 full months. I have secured Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave, however, it only covers 60% of my usual wages, so I'm asking for help to cover all my bills during the two months that I'm off.

Additionally, I will have some increased expenses for things like going to Portland for follow up appointments and ordering food and groceries while I am unable to go out for errands or cook for myself. Anything you can spare will be greatly appreciated!
