To kick my mom pancreatic cancer's rear

I know that everyone's mom is the 'Best Mom in the world', and my mother is part of that great club. Her name is Luz Carmona, our warrior mom, infinite source of love and patience. She has gone through the pain of losing her husband to prostate cancer, and endured the anguish of having her two sons and one daughters fighting other types of cancer. We are a family of survivors and want our mother to be one too.

Now she is battling her own fight against pancreatic cancer and we are calling into anybody's heart for financial support. Thanks to the new healthcare reform she has insurance now, but it is not yet affordable, I guess for her per-existing condition. We will rise the money to pay her monthly insurance, co payments and deductible, and we are looking for your support to make this effort a lot more successful.

We do not know if this fundraising will work, or even if it is a good idea, but there is nothing we would not try for our mother.
