Ken Forsse: Come Dream with Me Tonight

My name is Billy Tooma and I am currently working on a documentary about the life of Ken Forsse, the creator of Teddy Ruxpin. Ken was an amazingly creative individual. He was a Disney Imagineer in the 1960s and worked for Sid & Marty Krofft in the 1970s. But all the while he was slowly working on an idea about adventure, friendship, and imagination. The World of Teddy Ruxpin debuted in 1985 and became an overnight success. I have conducted forty interviews, accumulated close to 2,000 images, and digitized hours of archival footage for use in the documentary. But being an independent filmmaker means this is all being paid for out of pocket. I need your help to pay for post-production costs that are related (but not limited) to: original artwork to help illustrate the story where the archival materials might be lacking and the musical score.
