KrysTina Heywood ~ America's Team NH

My daughter KrysTina Heywood has been chosen to be part America's Team New Hampshire Softball Team coached by Kim Grenon. They will travel to Spain this summer to compete.


KrysTina is 16years old and a junior at Winnacunnet High School. She is an honor student as well as an athlete. She has had a passion for the sport since she was less than 5 years old . KrysTina plays softball year round and is also part of the RAGE Junior Olympic Softball Team. She plans to play in college as she pursues a career in education.

From July 14-22, 2014, USA America's Team New Hampshire will be participating in an exciting and challenging tour of Spain, stopping to play games in the cities of: Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona. The team is comprised of NHIAA varsity athletes that possess a good attitude, strong academics, excellent character and a passion for the game of softball.
America's Team specializes in international sports travel tours, and believes that travel through sports changes lives. America's Team has partnered with American Council on International Studies (ACIS). For over 30 years, ACIS has guided coaches, teachers and student athletes on educational tours.

How you can help:
We are now in the process of raising funds in order for her to take advantage of this once in a lifetime opportunity. The cost for each athlete is $4,000 and covers all expenses for travel, competition, accommodations and meals. Please consider making a donation to help fund this trip and make her dream a reality!
