Eye Surgery for Winston

Winston is a 4 month old German short hair pointer mix puppy we adopted from a shelter in August.
After several vet visits we found out he has juvenile cataracts that developed very quickly and he is now completely blind. According to our vet the sooner Winston is treated the more successful treatment will be.
The surgery and follow up, however, will cost around $5,000. I am hopeful we can raise enough to get Winston the surgery he deserves to live a long, happy, and full life. Anything you can contribute is greatly appreciated.
