I was recently diagnosed with Lupus. After years of feeling sick and trying my best as a single mom raising my daughter alone I had just accepted how I felt sick all the time. Over the last 2 years my health has declined to the point of not being able to keep up with normal everyday living. I am a Respiratory Therapist in the NICU. I have been for 11 years. I have dedicated my life to helping others and I am reaching out to my community for help. I need a few procedures done that my insurance does not cover and have no way to pay for it myself. I am the only family member my daughter has and I am struggling to survive right now for her. She was born premature and has some health issues herself. We recently lost our family pet, our car broke down and we are facing eviction from our current home. Any advice or inspirational ideas are welcome. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
