Liz's ISLP New Zealand/Australia Trip

Recently I received the wonderful news that I had been selected by Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society to be one of this years International Scholar Laureates.
Now I know what your thinking, What is that?
The International Scholar Laureate Program provides a select group of outstanding university students with exposure to the people, places and global perspectives at the forefront of a variety of career fields, mine being Business & Entrepreneurship.
The International Scholar Laureate Program (ISLP) Delegation on Business & Entrepreneurship in Australia and New Zealand will provide me with access to the people, places and perspectives that have come together to create this youthful and emerging success story of the Asia Pacific region.
Through special access to businesses and universities, lectures by top business people, exciting activities, group discussions and immersion in the sights, sounds, people and places that make up these famous lands, I will return with not only a new perspective on Australia and New Zealand, but also on the future of international business - and the role I may want to play in it.
The Trip is from May 24th through May 31st, and as I am also graduating this May with my first associates degree in business management, this trip will help me to branch out and stand out from my peers.
Unfortunately, little of this trip's cost if any is going to be paid for by the ISLP leaving me in the position to raise $7000 to cover the expenses of tuition, travel to and from New Zealand and Australia, meals, and other miscellaneous costs for phone calls, souvenirs etc.
Thankfully, I am on a payment plan for the tuition! the first $500 has been deposited and I have two more payments of $1500 due every 21 days. This means I now have 21 days to reach the $1500 mark!
I know we can do it!
