INDIA Missions Trip (March 2014)

Hi my name is Mark. I would like to take a moment of your time and ask you something.

Do you believe in God and Heaven?

I didn't for a long time, as a matter of fact I lived like there was no satan or hell either.. I was out of control and in the grips of the enemies snares and traps of delusion and had no clue at all.. I was a drop-out wasted soul drudging around in society and I had no problem taking what I wanted and doing what I wanted to do, and I wasn't nice about it either.

See.. the reason I am sharing this with you is because for the past seven years now my life has been under re-construction!

I am a new creation!

2 Corinthians 5:17 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

What happened you ask?

After many years of living a dark, destructive and disrespectful lifestyle I experienced what some call a supernatural encounter with God.

I experienced the literal "Grace" of God.

YES! 

Jesus himself reached down and pull me from the pit of hell!

This experience completely changed who I was into who I am. Jesus asked me to do one thing in return... To do the same for others as He did for me.

My mission now is to walk the walk of an evangelist. I am to tell others about my experiences and how they too can have hope. It is all about Jesus and the spreading of the Gospel. If I can help someone or two along the way then my mission is accomplished.

That brings us to the issue at hand, I recently was asked to join a missions trip to India and well I really need your help to go. Two years ago my wife and I went on our very first missions trip to Guatemala and it was the most rewarding thing I ever had done, while on that trip a conviction came over me to go into ministry and to be prepared for the missions opportunities that will come my way... Well, they are coming now. I have recently, also been given an opportunity to begin a new prison ministry out at our local county jail.

Luke 4:18 "The Spirit of the Lord is on me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to set the oppressed free...

It is time... to do what the Lord has asked me to do, for it is His and I am His steward, what an honor! God is so good!
