I have the opportunity to attend a study abroad program through the University of North Texas where I am currently pursuing my degree in Secondary Education: Social Sciences w/teaching certification. This is an accelerated Spanish program that would allow me to finish the last two semesters of my foreign language credit in one month and also immerse me in the Spanish culture to excel in learning the language. As you know, I am a full time student living off my VA benefits I receive for school. The VA benefits will cover a little more than half the cost of this study abroad opportunity.
