Cota Family Support Due to Covid

Hi all! A group of mujeres and myself (Silissa) are organizing this GoFundMe fundraiser on behalf of the amazing Martha Cota. Most folks don't that Marthas' dear husband almost passed away from Covid in the last week or so. Unfortunately, he does not have health insurance either.
There is no money coming into the household and Martha needs our help ASAP. Rent, food, utilities, household items, and other important necessities need to be covered.
I can't even count the many times that Martha has been there for Long Beach. All of her countless hours organizing immigrant families for all of our various causes and issues and providing leadership development and resources as well. She is truly a courageous fighter for Long Beach immigrants and their families.
Now it's our turn to support Martha during these challenging times. My goal is to create at least 2 to 3 months worth of breathing room for Martha and her husband as he continues to recover. The wolf is at the door folks and we must be as generous as possible. Every dollar counts!
