Tami Flippin "Crash" Fund

As many of you may know my sweet, quirky, smart, funny, goofy and overall just amazing sister/BFF, Tami was involved in a serious motor vehicle accident on Friday, December 13, 2013. Tami was rushed to the emergency room and placed in ICU. She fractured four ribs, lacerated her liver, fractured her pelvis along with both left and right hips and suffered a collapsed lung. After ICU, she was transferred to a regular room and then to a rehab facility. She has since been released and is now at home. And while Tami has always had an amazingly positive outlook on life, which has helped her tremendously through this entire ordeal, the event has taken a toll on her and Bob both emotionally and financially. A few weeks prior to the accident, Bob (her equally wonderful, handsome, and creatively talented husband) and Tami had finally just rented a little home to share with their pooches, Luke and Daisy.
Due to the accident, Tami is currently unable to work and is wheelchair bound. She is able to transition from the wheelchair to the walker but only for short periods of time and is unable to put weight on her left side of her body. She will soon be going to outpatient rehabilitation and will make a full recovery, in time. Yet, tasks that many of us do easily, getting dressed, putting shoes on, taking a shower, washing dishes, washing clothes, and grocery shopping are either difficult and slow or simply impossible for her at this point. Bob has been a pillar of strength during this entire ordeal. Due to the accident, she and Bob have lost their only means of transportation and Bob is currently the only one working full time.
Tami and Bob have an amazing bunch of friends in the area who are helping with transportation and moral support. They are both blessed with a huge circle of friends from Florida to Texas --- so I am imploring everyone to reach into your hearts and donate financially to help Tami and Bob with their expenses, which include high medical bills, physical therapy costs, daily living expenses and they desperately are in need of their own transportation.
