Celebrate the life of Keith “FlatOut KD” Dickerson
I come to all who loved my baby boy w/ a very heavy heart & deep sadness to sadly report that my sweet beautiful loving funny silly playful chill honest intelligent kind PERFECT son, my very best friend in the world Keith “FLATTOUT KD” Dickerson Jr. was involved in a tragic car accident on the morning of 8/22.
Unfortunately, Keith did not survive during surgery. This is the absolute worst tragedy ever. Keith was taken far too soon from all who loved & adored him so deeply. We are all not only in complete shock but totally devastated, forever broken & deeply hurting at this time.
We all lost the most AMAZING SWEET TALENTED young man. I lost a beautiful kind funny sweet wonderful & loving son, 100% a mommas boy & my very best friend. Everyone adored Keith, he had this personality & aura that people gravitated towards. He was truly a great asset to this world. There was nothing that was going to stop my boy from being the best at everything he did in life.
My daughter lost not only her brother but her best buddy, her confidant, her hero, her twin. Keith’s older brothers Nahvarj & Parris lost more than a baby brother.
Keith’s childhood friend he referred to as Sandbox aka Tremaine lost his best’est friend in the whole world.
Keith’s other family members, his dad Keith Sr. lost his only son. Grandma, grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins are also grieving.
Keith had so many friends who I know are all hurting right now & are spiraling from this devastating loss. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers. His friends, football teammates & coaches lost a true gem, a warrior on & off the field.
Keith’s girlfriend STORY was the love of his life. She lost not only the love of her life but she lost her best friend as well. Keith & Story we’re an amazing young couple ❤️ & I’m proud to call her my family !
My other son, Keiths older brother, my 1st born son was also in the car with & is in a coma at UMCRC ICU CCU Shock Trauma in Critical Serious Condition fighting for his life. The injuries my son sustained are so severe the doctors are saying he is a miracle to be alive. I ask that you keep him in your prayers as well.
As Keith’s mother I have no clue how I will get thru this tragedy. I lost a part of me that I will never get back & I don’t know how I will ever be able live life again. A huge part of me died with my baby son. When he died, I died with him. I honestly can’t envision my life continuing without him here sharing it with me. Keith is my everything. Anyone who knows us knows just how close him & I are. We had so many plans in store for the future. To have them ripped away like this is impossible to understand. I honestly do not know how I will get thru this ?!?!
