Jason was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer, in November of 2013. He is only 37 years old. He is a wonderful husband, and the father of four incredibly beautiful young children. Jason and his family's lives are dedicated to God, and they are keeping their faith in this difficult time. Although he is facing a lot of challenges right now, he is still the Jason that we all love. He has the most wonderful smile, and continues to bless his family with that smile every day.
He is currently being cared for in Texas, where he is going to a group home during the day, while his wife, Kam, works full time to support the family. They are living day to day, and doing their best to deal with everything this horrible disease throws at them.
We are trying to raise money to help them out, and to ease the burden by bringing Jason to Medford, on occasion, or have Sandy, (his mom), and Brian, (his brother), go to Texas, to help care for him and to make as many family memories for his children.
We do not know how long it will take for this disease to completely take Jason from us, but our love, his faith in God, and the love of all of his family and friends, will make sure that the remainder of his time, will be a true gift, and will be filled with so much love, and memories that his children will always remember the wonderful man their father is, and we will know that we made his time here as happy as it could be.
We have opened this account in hopes to raise money to help with Jason's care, transportation to and from Texas, and to help support his children and wife, as much as we can.
