On August 28th, I found out that I have a rare form of Cancer. I will be going into surgery on Thursday November 2, 2017 to have the 9 cm Mass removed. I am not sure how long I will be out or off work until I come out of surgery. The doctor states it could be between 2 to 8 weeks depending on what is found.
Being that I just started this new job in March. I do not qualifly for FMLA or Short Term Disability. I do not have any sick or vacation time builded up. I have no other source of income coming in. I am in need of my family and friends support while I am in this transition.
I need your Financial support for the next 3 months. To help with medical bills, rent, car note and light bill. The medical bills have just started to come in from all the tests that I have taken. If you can find it in your heart to help me through this challenging time I would greatly appreciate it.
