Meals On Wheels Client New RV

Hello all,  I am  Wendy Hahn the Senior Outreach Coordinator at the Bulverde Senior Center. We are reaching  out hopefully to get some support in getting a Newer RV for a Senior Citizen/ Meals on Wheels of Bulverde Spring Branch client here in our community that has no family and a chronic illness.  Her current RV conditions are really unhabitable.  She has no central air/heat,  no working shower or toliet, floors are dilapidated with a leaking roof and the elecrtric is out of code.  This RV is not only her full time home but also her only means of affordable living under her budget.  She has expressed no desire to move from her community also.  Her animals and this community she has lived in for the last 30 + years is all she has.  The proceeds raised will be used to purchase a Newer RV for her that would have working utilities for her to function daily and offer a HEALTHIER environment.  We thrive through our programs here tp help the Seniors remain living here independelty as long as they can.  With out a proper roof over her head that is livable she wont be able to continue to call this community her home sadly.  Your support would be so appreciated so we can continue to touch in this Seniors life! We are so very thankful for the beautiful community we live in.
