She is beautiful

Anyone who knows me, most likely, knows I grew up in a very poor family with many obstacles and issues. I have survived many life events that could have broken me. One way I have done this is being a hard worker since I was 15 years old, and pushing through, supporting myself with retail jobs and in my latter years, becoming a Master Esthetician and Lash stylist. Over the last 8 years I have worked for four different women who have all tried to control who I am and how I do things. I have learned very important lessons from each one, but the most important one that I have learned over and over is, woman need to support and be nice to each other in order to thrive. I have seen the what happens when there is a lack of this.
I want to open an Eyelash/Nail salon with my business partner, Jessica Stevens, that is the embodiment of women helping and beautifying women inside and out. Luxury beauty services should not just be for the Rich and Famous. Both Jessica and myself have worked at the Most Well Known and Most Expensive Lash spa's and Salons in Austin. We've met many wonderful women who we have made life long bonds with, but sometimes have had to give up their beauty/relaxing treatments due to prices. WE would like to open a Lash spa that is more affordable and also focuses on volunteer beauty work.
For example:
I would really love to go to schools and sit in on a day of health classes to answer questions on skin care and proper brow and makeup looks for teens. Also go to woman and children shelters to do make overs for women who need a kind touch and boost of confidence. And as well as volunteering Strip Lash applications on Cancer patients. (tears are streaming down my face as I type this)
You see, this isn't just a quest for me or my partner. We want to help the community of all women in the Austin area. We call this dream, She.
She.
She is beautiful.
She can do it.

We have been working on a business plan and have very high hopes of impressing lenders and others, but most want to see some money up front.
Not an easy thing to come by, and as a self made woman, it is very hard to ask for help, but I do need help. Any donation will bring us one step closer to this dream being a reality!
