Meet Josh Arsate!
Help Josh attend his first Youth Nationals Weightlifting Competition in Denver Colorado! Josh has only been olympic weightlifting for 7 months, and has already qualified to compete at a national level. Josh is a senior at Madison High School and is on the Varsity Golf team. He dedicates his time to his training by lifting from 5:30am to 7:30am before school 5 times a week. He also attends golf practice 4 days a week after school,while still maintaining an A/B average on his GPA. You can also find Josh around the gym helping fellow members with technique work on Olympic Weightlifting.
