<div>My name is Sojood, Judy for short.

<div>I am a 23 year old young Palestinian woman who used to live in north Gaza. All my

<div>life, I have been waiting for the occupation to end. 
</div>
<div>Unfortunately, the war in Gaza made everything worse. There are ongoing attacks, 
</div>
<div>mass deaths, sickness, starvation, and destruction everywhere. 
</div>
<div>I have always tried to do good by the people around me, I studied hard, and this was 
</div>
<div>supposed to be my last year in college. 
</div>
<div>I was the top ranked student in Civil Engineering, then my university was bombed, 
</div>
<div>Now all that is left are ruins. 
</div>
<div>Since the war, my family and I have been on the run with no access to food, 
</div>
<div>running water, clothes, or shelter. 
</div>
<div>Due to minimal access to electricity and internet connection, communication is poor. 
</div>
<div>Occasionally, I get a chance to send out messages to my loved ones to inform them 
</div>
<div>that I am still alive. 
</div>
<div>The city I was born in, grew up in, and was displaced several times since Gaza had 
</div>
<div>been invaded and destroyed. 
</div>
<div>I don't know what's going to happen to me or my family, We could die any second 
</div>
<div>now (may God protect us all). 
</div>
<div>All my dreams were shattered one by one after October, 2023… 
</div>
<div>My house was bombed and destroyed, all my favorite places and belongings were 
</div>
<div>burnt right before my eyes. I have nothing left in this city but memories. 
</div>
<div>I wish to evacuate to safety with my loved ones before something happens to us, the 
</div>
<div>border is now closed, My family has no place to work to earn the money we need to 
</div>
<div>have the essentials for our survival. 
</div>
<div>Our future is unknown. 
</div>
<div>I am asking for your help out of dire and extreme need. Every donation, no matter how small, 
</div>
<div>will help us survive and rebuild our lives. 
</div>
<div>Every donation will be much appreciated, alongside sharing it with others who care to make 
</div>
<div>a change.

<div>My family members that are currently in gaza includes:

<div>● My parents, who are 60 years old and are struggling to cope with the chaos of 
</div>
<div>war and the losses they have experienced. 
</div>
<div>● My big sister is 28 years old. She couldn't continue her ph.D program or job and is stuck in 
</div>
<div>Gaza 
</div>
<div>And me. 
</div>
<div>All the money that's donated will help, and will go towards food, drinkable water and other 
</div>
<div>necessities. 
</div>
<div>Once we reach our goal, hoping the border is reopened, we’ll transfer the funds to family 
</div>
<div>members in Egypt. 
</div>
<div>Then we will pay the traveling agency to add our names on the list to evacuate from Gaza. 
</div>
<div>And finally once we get to Egypt we will rebuild our lives. 
</div>
<div>in the meantime while the raffah crossing is inaccessible we will use a portion of the funds as 
</div>
<div>needed to secure our current situation. 
</div>
<div>with the rest of the funds as shown below with estimates for each stage. 
</div>
<div>The money will be used as such: 
</div>
<div>● 25,000 for crossing the border. 
</div>
<div>● 10,000 for rent, food and water, and other necessities in Egypt. 
</div>
<div>● 2,000 for gofundme fees, and 6000 for international bank transfer fees. 
</div>
<div>● If there's money left, they will use it to help more of their relatives and try to 
</div>
<div>escape with their nieces. 
</div>
<div>in the meantime while the raffah crossing is inaccessible we will take a portion of the funds 
</div>
<div>as needed to secure our current situation.
