Bring my baby home

This morning I woke up hoping I would find out I had the worse nightmare of my life and you would be sitting up in the livingroom with a a smile on your face asking what's for breakfast?.  I would say ANYTHING you want. 

Yesterday you must have decided it was time to go HOME and everything we did to save your life couldn't save you.  We are so broken hearted and I feel lost without you.  YOU are  my ROCK and you loved me UNCONDITIONALLY.  

Family and friends.  I need help bringing my baby home.  This is truly unexpected and I'm totally unprepared for what I have to do to bring him home.  Due to Pops heart condition he was unable to continue driving trucks and the easiest amount of work shortened his breath.  His life insurance expired once he stopped working  so I am trying to get him HOME.

People have been asking me how they can help and where to mail money and cards to.  I think this would be the easiest way for anyone wanting to send a donation to do so.
