PLEASE, help me out of this hole!

I am an undiagnosed autistic adult with (diagnosed) severe C-PTSD. In February of this year I made a very big decision to move far away from the place I was raised and establish myself as an independent entity/artist, while focusing on my trauma recovery and building healthier relationships with my loved ones. Two weeks after I relocated, however, COVID-19 hit America. My bills have fallen behind horribly, and I am now barely keeping myself housed and fed. I’ve lost my car insurance, and have several other medical and personal bills standing in the way of correcting my financial situation just to be stable enough to move forward. On top of the bills, my vehicle is barely running well-enough to get me to-and-from work; I haven’t seen my daughter in months because of these challenges. I’m now at risk of losing my job if I am not able to sort out these constraints within a few weeks.
I have huge dreams as an artist, creator, and healer, but my relationship with money has always been fraught with confusion and strain. I HATE asking for help, but at this point...
