Kim's Medical Expenses

Donation protected
In July, Kim Bransdorfer began having migraines and throwing up. She went to the hospital but was sent home without any tests. Dr. said she was having ocular migraines. On Friday Sept. 20th her son and mother both tried to wake her up but couldn't get her to respond. They had to call 911. She was sent to the Clare hospital where she had  bloodwork, a CT scan and an EKG. The EKG showed erratic rhythms so she was sent to the Midland hospital. A neurologist did a consult. She had x-rays, an MRI and various other tests done.  It was determined that she'd had a stroke. The Drs. were trying to find out where a blood clot was located but were unable to locate it.
The stroke happened because of a very rare bacterial infection. She's having problems with her left side and has been sent to Alma for physical therapy. We have no idea how long she will be there. Kim is 46 years old and the sole provider for her family. It hasn't been determined when she can return to work. Her medical bills are adding up quickly. Any money donated will be used for her medical and living expenses.  Any amount will help. If you can't donate please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and send healing thoughts her way. Please share this on your page to help get it out there! Thank You!
