Trevin & Shannons Scotland Mission Trip

We have both felt for a very long time in our lives that we are called to do ministry in many nations of this world; so we are so excited to share that we have just received our first opportunity! We have been asked to go on a mission trip to Scotland in the beginning of June! We will be journeying to Mossvale Community Church in Paisley, Scotland, which was founded over 30 years ago by Robert Chalk. We will be spending 9 days both serving and learning in multiple capacities. We will be helping with physical tasks around the church and community as well as teaching a lot of what we have learned. Trevin, along with his team, will be teaching multiple classes and seminars on worship to other worship leaders from across the country of Scotland. This is just a fraction of what we will be doing and we are excited to share more with you as we continue to get closer to the date.
First and foremost we ask for your prayers. We ask that you pray for us and the rest of our team as we prepare for this trip spiritually, financially, and relationally. We know that the Lord wants to do amazing work through our team so we also ask that you pray for the people that we will come in contact with. There are many people who need to be reached with the gospel in this area.
Only about 1 in 10 people claim to even go to church in the UK and we can only imagine that the number of people who claim to know Christ as their Savior is even less. Although sad, we are excited for the opportunity to bring Christ to them in a real and authentic way.
Secondly, we need to raise $3000 ($1500 each) by April 1st. This isn't very far away, but we know that we serve a faithful God! We also know that money doesn't grow on trees so we would love to have your support financially. We only ask that you first PRAYERFULLY CONSIDER this. We have learned the value of good stewardship with our money over the years and understand that everyone can't give to everything, so we just ask that you give as lead.
