save my tooth!!

About three weeks ago, I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating pain on the left side of my mouth. I figured dentists were expensive, and that it was a simple cavity, so I started with my coconut oil regimen. It felt better for a week, but then once again, waking up in the middle of the night tossing and turning because of my mouth. So, I went to the dentist. Being naturally skeptic of doctors I was weary going in, but the receptionist was rude and the dentist made me feel like a piece of trash because I lost my insurance when I was 19, making 6 month check ups expensive, and I figured that I brushed my teeth so I didn’t need it. But alas, I need a root canal done. The bill made me sob in the dentist office, because they told me they would pull my tooth out for half the cost, but I wouldn’t be able to eat on my left side for the rest of my life. I also have TMJ, which makes my jaw hurt everyday already, so I’m concerned if I chew on that side (my bad side) it will make my jaw more sore than it’s ever been before. Which brings me to today, at 3am, woke up about two hours ago from pain in my mouth. I believe from the TMJ I grind my teeth at night, making the pain worse than when I’m awake during the day. I always take care of my teeth so Im very upset this is happening. They have prescribed me ibuprofen and penicillin for 9 days until I have reached a decision, making it sound easy to come up with that amount of money in that time. Consider donating anything because I am currently unemployed from trying to manage being able to afford to be alive and two chronic pain conditions (endometriosis and Lyme). I will most likely take out a loan for this, which I wouldn’t like to go into debt or ruin my credit over. thank you for even reading.
