<div>My sweet dog Mika has been struggling with a severely infected toe for almost two months. Despite multiple rounds of antibiotics and regular vet visits, her condition has continued to worsen. After examining her again this week, the vet told us that the best option now is to amputate the affected toe. Once the toe is removed, it will be sent out for a biopsy to determine whether we’re also dealing with a tumor.
