trying to help myself and others in need

hello my name is Mark. I'm only 33 and it's been 15 years since i've been able to physically smile with any confidence :( I grew up in a loving solid family unit home that was/is not well off and had a loving life at home, but my life at school was the polar opposite and plagued me mentally and physically. At home I was shown love and affection and at school it was bullying and harassment, even from my teachers.... I found out just after graduation from highschool that my main bully had gotten his hands on my locker combination and had put lead powder in my sandwiches atleast twice a month for two years. I still struggle with the mental demons left with me from the bullying at school and from the kids in my neighbourhood. I had no idea what a friend was till I was done with highschool and found the internet and the friendly people there. I now have a situation directly associated to that one bully's actions. I'm in desperate need of replacing all my broken and rotted teeth with a full set of dentures or risk further hospitalization and possibly sepsis. I've been in constant pain for over 5 years, unable to chew foods properly or even enjoy eating. It has made me "unemployable" in a public setting and I'm done with people blindly acussing me of being a "crackhead" because of my appearance, even though I never partook in the whole hard drug scene. I'm also done with never having energy or always feeling like crap and depressed. I'm currently underemployed by an amazing employer that just keeps afloat even though he works his ass off and he is the only boss I've had that's treated me with respect. I am also trying to start up my own junk removal business, but still made less than $10,000 in 2013 despite working every chance I was afforded. Not enough to pay the rent and bills let alone fix my painful oral problem. Anything donated to me through this site or off this site goes to funding the medications and supplies for recovery from surgery and my new set of dentures so I can once again chew properly to nourish myself and greatly improve my quality of life and overall health. I've already made the huge steps of consulting an oral surgeon and a denturist, now the question is... how can I afford pay to get this done? I've tried government programs to no avail as I do not qualify for social assistance. Even the local "charity" that deals with just this scenario is out of funds for the year.... So I find myself at a loss and am turning to the wounderful people in the world through the internet. When I needed a friend it was through the internet they were found. Anything left over after my immediate costs will be donated to another person(s) in my local area that are in need of severe dental work as I am. I believe in paying it forward and if I ever win the lottory there will be a dental funding program put in place to help others in my situation.
