Medical needs

I was in a car crash last week and as most of you know i already have a bone disease and many other medical problems.I served my community for half my life as a firefighter.I have been going back and forth about doing a gofundme and i have alot of pride and did not want to.I now have to cause i am in so much pain that i cant take it anymore.Most of you,if you lived with my pain for a day you would come back to me and say i knew you were in alot of pain but had no idea it was this bad.Some night i have tears coming down my face cause the pain is so intense.Its a 9-12 scale everyday (everyday).I had major back surgery and now i might need more.I need a left hip replacement and knee surgery.I have a neck that my need surgery now and i major nerve being pinched all the time thats it going up my back and down my leg.The pain drives me crazy in pain.I also have alot of other medical problems and the list is long now.I am forced to be on disability and cause its fed and not prov they dont want to help cover anything.I have a $1000 medcical bill coming in jan and no coverage.I have to pay for almost everything by myself.Right now i need a special bed which i need very bad.My bed is not fit for my medical needs right now and the bed cost almost $5000 which i dont have.I have tried everything but i am out of luck.I am getting worst each night i sleep in my bed and dont sleep at all and it is driving me crazy.I dont want to go on and on cause there is more like i need a cane and seat in the shower just to name some.I hate that i have to do this but i am in really bad need right now.I cant even walk for 10feet without almost falling over.I cant stand for more than 30sec and the pain is really really hard to deal with.For those of you who help me out i thank you with all my heart.
