Healthy Smile

Jeremiah is an  excellent  single dad to his young son Jay who he loves more than anything.   I have never met anyone that has been so committed in doing  whatever it takes to be a better father, person, friend and  employee  under sometimes very hard circumstances as Jeremiah has.  He rode tracks with his pedal bike to and from whatever subdivision his boss needed him to  frame homes.   He then would add the side seat to pick Jay up from daycare and then do it all again the next day for over 2 years.
 
He now works with the public everyday.  He helps people build their dream homes.  Everyone loves working with him because he is very knowledegable  and competent at all aspects of construction and building homes.  He makes the process fun for homebuyers .  He is so willing to go above and beyond to make people happy.  However he is very self conscious and always  hestitates to smile and show his teeth. 

Not for vanity but for health reasons Jeremiah needs the remaining teeth that keep getting infected pulled and have a few Implants and Denture's placed.  This is a very expensive procedure and I know that Jeremiah has saved up what he can but it is not near enough.  He is not someone that will ask for help but he deserves help.  His Dr. told him that he has infection in his upper and lower jaw.  He needs to have this done within the next few months.  Any help that you can give I know it will be so appreciated.   You can also make direct donations through Laura at I Smile, Dr. Barton (801) [phone redacted]  306 North Main Street in Kaysville.  Thank you.
