Bobby Ryan Needs a Kidney

Bobby has C3GN, an autoimmune disease affecting his kidneys. His body has destroyed both of his kidneys and he must attend dialysis four hours a day three days a week. We are in desperate need of your help. Time is of the essence and we are looking for the help of an angel, a living kidney donor.
