During the last two years after the 7 years fighting in Utah Rob has fought through the Colorado Appeals and Colorado Supreme court and got a remand opinion to the lower court to establish if the Non Parents would be Equitable Estoppel from seeking custody of his daughter. The Trail Judge has found that the Non Parents have committed fraud and has estopped them seeking custody of Rob's daughter but they are still fighting. They are using the child's mother to seek custody of Rob's daughter. Rob has a hearing coming up on April 28th and his legal team needs $3,500.00 to get him and his daughter through the last hearing and have agreed to defend any Appeal that the NPs will file. We know they are going to Appeal because they have hired an big name Appeals Attorney. Rob and his family have paid hundreds of thousands of dollars over the last nine years. They are in a bind to finish the fight. Every dollar counts and will be used to finish the fight and bring Rob's daughter home. I know Rob would never ask for money and he had previously raised $5,278.00 which all helped him cover some of the $45k cost to appeal the case in Colorado which was the second appeal in seven years. Now he needs $3,500.00 to finish the fight and every dollar counts and I know he is so very thankful for any help you can provide to him. Robert Manzanares (Rob) is the biological father to a child he has fought for over nine (9) years for.  He has never given up even though the courts attempt to keep him from his constitutional right to raise his own daughter.  

His daughter was illegally adopted in the state of Utah. Through years of litigation he has over turned the adoption and obtained rights to his daughter again.  The case was moved to Colorado where the people who attempted to adopt her tried again to adopt her.  Again after years of litigation and 24 court appearances he has obtained rights to his daughter. 

Most would think that he has full custody of his daughter and they are living a happy full life.  The courts did the unthinkable and required him to share custody with the family who has held her illegally for seven years.  Rob has now requested to fight on and the Colorado Supreme Court to review the constitutional rights his daughter and him should have.

The fight has taken all Rob and his family has but he won't give up.  He has had to sale everything and even gone bankrupt fighting for his precious daughter.  He is in the final stretch and needs to the final push to pay his Legal Team.  As much as it bothers Rob to ask for money again he and his family is need of help and every penny helps pay the Attorneys.

The fight in Colorado is one of the most important cases to Fathers civil constitutional rights to their biological children.  Rob and his daughter should have never been taken from each other from the beginning.  The case has huge impacts on many other cases.  Please help!
