Medical and living expenses for Max Arellano

Donation protected

We all know 2020 had been a very tough year for a lot of us. Especially for my brother-in-law, Max. He is the sole provider for my sister and their two sons. My sister is unable to work due to having multiple health problems such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Sjogrens (to name a few). Max himself is no stranger to illess. Currently, he is taking a stem cell chemotherapy drug for the chronic eosinophilic leukemia that he has battling for the past 17 years!

On November 13th, Max, was hospitalized with an aortic dissection. The main artery to his heart is tearing. He is going to need surgery to repair it. While he was hospitalized, he was diagnosed with COVID-19 for the second time.

As of today, November 25th, Max is stable and has recovered from COVID. He will get to go home to spend Thanksgiving with family. As mentioned earlier, he still needs surgery to repair his heart. Until his blood pressure can be controlled the surgery will be put on hold.

So why am I asking for $5000 in donations? About a week before Max was hospitalized for his heart, he was let go from his job. Their only mode of transportation, Max's truck, has also broke down. On top of all this, they are needing to save money to move because the house they rent is being sold. They have less than 6 months to vacate. They need help with paying for all expenses including medical bills, food, car repair and to move into another place.

Please, any amount will help. If you can't donate, then taking the time to share this is and a prayer is enough.

If you have questions or would like to help in any other way please let me know! Have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas!
