Help Build a Missionary Cell in Kenya!
Greetings All! His Grace Bishop Neofitos has asked me to help raise funds to build a missionary cell in his diocese of Nyeri and Mt. Kenya. He has the land needed, drawings made, and seed money donated, and as you can tell from the picture, the cornerstone has been laid. This cell will be used by me and others as needed for missionary trips. A year ago many of you helped me go to Kenya for a very short missionary trip. It was one of the most amazing times of my life and since my return I have been in contact with His Grace regarding the possibility of my return for a longer period. There is currently no facility to house anyone in his diocese for extended periods of time. After my contacting him on my desire to return he suggested that we together raise the money necessary to make the building of a missionary cell possible.Mother Brigid has blessed me to do just that. With this blessing from Mother Brigid and Bishop Neofitos I come now to you to ask if you can help. The total needed to complete this project is 20,000.I have raised 3100 dollars so far through donations made directly to the Monastery. Thank you so very much for those donations!Now, as promised, I am opening up a go fund me page for the relative ease it affords.Thank you all for your support!
