Help Bella get her eye surgery

If you know me, you know I am not one to ask for help when I really need it because I want to try to solve a problem on my own. My own grandmom suggested I try this to see what happens. What I am hoping for is some help from my friends and family, especially the animal lovers, to help me get Bella's eye surgery that she needs.
Backstory: Bella has had issues with her right eye for about a year now, it will look swollen and will have cloudy discharge and some redness, which is from her rubbing her eyes. She does have allergies, so I thought it would go away initially after giving her benadryl like my vet recommended. It does look almost normal after taking her medications, but you can tell there is some swelling from her eyelid rolling inward. After a few more visits, the problem did not go away and my vet tried several different medications and eye drops. At the last visit, the vet recommended Bella to see an eye specialist for dogs.
I took Bella to Ryan veterinarian hospital in UPenn's campus in Philadelphia and they confirmed she had Entroprion, which is the eyelid rolling inward on itself and attributed to the irritation and the swelling in the eye. It did start to improve after some other medications, but ultimately the opthmalogist recommended she get surgery to correct it. I do not have pet insurance for her and even if I did get it, it would not cover the expenses for surgery because it is a preexisting condition. The surgery is expected to cost at least $1600 for anaesthesia and the procedure and recovery expenses.
I want Bella to get better and I am asking my friends and family to help me out by making a donation so I can get this surgery done by late fall. No amount is too small and every bit helps! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
