Help Hope Heal

Hope is my sweet 15 year old niece who is fighting Ewing’s Sarcoma (bone cancer). Her journey started in May of 2018 when a lump was noted in her leg. In June of 2018, she started chemotherapy to help the tumor in her femur shrink. Fortunately, the tumor has responded to the chemotherapy, but it hasn’t been an easy road. Hope has had multiple hospitalizations, blood transfusions and infections. October 10, 2018,  she underwent surgery and had a cadaver bone allograft transplant of her femur. She has had a lot of pain but is able to ambulate some now on her own which we are grateful for. In the coming months, Hope will need rehabilitation, and she will continue with 8 more rounds of chemotherapy after which they will determine if she needs radiation. Any help you can give will go towards her medical bills and transportation and lodging costs for her travel between home and the hospital. Thank you for keeping our sweet girl in your thoughts.
