Help Ivy, Kodah, and Tom

Ivy, Kodah, and Tom just had their heating and air conditioning system get red-tagged.  It does not work at all and needs to be replaced.  They are in Arkansas where it gets very hot and cold.  If you can help, please chip in as much or as little as you can.  Thank you very much!
