A Brother who has passed.
And now a family in need.
Adam lived his life donating his time and risking his life serving his community as a volunteer firefighter for 25 years with Homeville Station 293. And now he needs his community to return the favor.
To know Adam was to love Adam. His smile and sense of humor were enough to catch everyone's attention and heart. He was the type of friend that would give the shirt off of his back to you if you were in need. He lived his life doing for others. And now he is in need of a proper goodbye.
Adam has served his last call for his community and it is now our time to return the favor. Managing a funeral after an unexpected death can mean additional stress for a family already coping with grief. And it's not always easy to ask for help with funeral expenses, especially since many people are in the dark as to how much funerals can actually cost. In 2012 the average cost for a burial service was $8,565. Few people are lucky enough to have this large sum at their quick disposal, which means that many families will take out loans in order to cover it. Please help us by raising funds for our friend and brother. All money collected goes directly to Adam"s family to help with the funeral costs.
