Help Julia with Medical Expenses

Hello family and friends,
I'm reaching out with a humble ask for help. On October 16th, while commuting to work on my bicycle I collided with a car that had improperly stopped in the bike lane. My head went through the window of the vehicle, but luckily, because of my helmet, I did not have any brain trauma. I did, however, end up with 11 fractured teeth, some of which have or will be removed, and stitches in my chin.
Details of treatment and costs: to-date, I have spent $10,500 on dental bills -- over and above my insurance coverage -- and still have only treated four of the affected teeth. Ongoing expenses like extractions, root canals, and crowns will continue to add to that total. Importantly, my dental insurance max is $2,000.
Why I'm asking for your help: All donations will help pay for the dental treatment that I need as well as make up for the unpaid days I've been forced to take off work (with more missed time to come). As a teacher I have 8 paid personal days, all of which were used up following the accident. My hope is to raise $5,000 to pay for treatment and cover missed time.
I thank you for considering and stress that even the smallest donation will go a long way. I don't like to ask for help of this nature, but this accident has stretched my resources beyond what I am able to cover alone.
