Eugene's Brain tumor surgery exp.

My 17 yr old nephew Eugene lives in Kenya. He had a stroke that left him paralyzed on his right side. MRI was done and found out that he has a brain tumor. He needs emergency surgery but he doesn't have insurance. In Kenya you have to have cash in order to be treated. The surgeon needs $8k up front for surgery to take place. This doesn't include hospital expenses. Eugene lives with his grandma who is my mom since his mom passed away when he was 5 yrs old through child birth. He has 6 siblings and his dad has been out of work for 3 yrs.
