<div>Toby is my beloved companion - when I was still living in California, he showed up on my property looking very frail, so like any other person who loves animals I gave him some food and water to get him back on his feet and he's stuck to me ever since. He has made my life a lot better in many ways and his personality and unique trait of permanent blep has been seen and loved by many, many different people. There is no doubt in my mind he is adored and loved.

<div>My lil guy has been going through it health-wise since late July, and with a recent vet visit I was given news that his health had gotten worse - he has a heart murmur, arthritis that is developing further, an unknown dental problem that has lead to his mouth bleeding off and on, and a possibility of ataxia.

<div>While I am barely making it otherwise, the vet bills are already and will continue to actively push me towards hunger &amp; homelessness - and I think if you know me, I am very stubborn and reluctant to ask for help.
