Jody Domerstad is an inspiration to everyone she touches in her yoga classes at Garden State Yoga. If you know anything about Jody, you know her smile and her extraordinary knowledge of the body and her love of sharing with those around her. Jody found yoga over 20 years ago because it gave her strength to work through her own personal trials and tribulations
Jody teaches people to live in the now and to love from their hearts every single day. She has never lived by her own word more than right now. After two seizures, Jody was rushed to the hospital where doctors found a mass on her brain that must be removed with costly surgery.
