<div>This year, I’m lacing up my shoes and pushing my limits not just for the finish line but for a cause that means the world to me.

<div>I’m running a marathon in support of mental health awareness and suicide prevention, and I need your help.
</div>

</div>
<div>This isn't just another race. This is about the battles we can’t always see. The silent struggles so many face every single day. It's for those who are still fighting. It's for those who feel alone. It's for those we've lost too soon.
</div>

</div>
<div>Depression  is something that affects us all, directly or indirectly. It doesn’t discriminate. And yet, stigma still lingers. People still suffer in silence. Too many lives are lost because support comes too late or not at all.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>For me, this cause is deeply personal. I’ve seen firsthand how devastating and isolating depression and thoughts of self harm  can be. I’ve watched people I care about struggle, and I know how important it is that we do more. Listen more. Support more. Fight harder for change.
</div>

</div>
<div>So I’m turning every mile into meaning. Every step I take in this marathon is for someone who’s hurting, for someone who’s healing, and for a future where nobody feels they have to suffer alone.
</div>

</div>
<div>Your donation, big or small, will go directly to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, helping fund mental health programs, crisis support lines, therapy resources, and suicide prevention initiatives. It could be the difference between someone finding hope or falling through the cracks.
