New Chip Truck

Want to help us cross the finish line? We are raising money to benefit Valley Disaster Relief's replacement of their chip truck. Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution! We have raised about 2/3 of the cost and we need to cross the finish line!!
Our chip truck is showing its age. It is heavily used each year with all of our projects (2018 - over 200 projects). The wear and tear on the truck is causing holes in the body. It is time to replace our truck to maintain a high level of safety for our volunteers and to avoid costly maintenance expenses in the future.
Valley Disaster Relief assist families in Central Iowa. We respond to storm damage to remove trees (we spent 2 weeks in Marshalltown and Bondurant Iowa this past summer) and plus over another 200 projects in 2018 assisting with tree trimming or removal. Most of this work was with other groups like Habitat for Humanity, Aging Resources and Rebuilding Together to assist families. We also did special projects for Ruth Harbor and Drake area Dream Center.
We are an extension of Valley Church and 100% of these donations will go toward our new truck.
