Child Custody Attorney Fundraiser

I am going thru a divorce with children. The boy’s are ages 14.12.&10. Their dad and I were on and off for 15 yrs. He was physically & mentally abusive.
  I am contesting the marriage because we were never married. I paid a lawyer to take my case. Unfortunately during these times all I could afford to pay him was half of what he had asked . One day he dropped my case without notice, I’m guessing for me not being able to keep up my payments.
  The boys dad picked them up one day on Thursday from school and didn’t return them for 2 weeks all this time not sending them to School.
  CPS is involved with this case because of these issues.
After trying to get my boys back with BCSO, SAPD, and School Police. I was finally able to get them with the help of Bexar County Constables on October 1st. The boys were home alone.
  The divorce is not finalized yet and I need to have the temporary orders modified so that this doesn’t happen again.
  The boys dad doesn’t pay me any kind of child support. He also took my better vehicles & left me with the broken ones. I unfortunately can’t get those back until the final judgment on the case.
   I am in need of any legal advice, legal aid or anything to get my kids & I through this.
