For 28 years, Luigi’s patrons have been our loyal customers and have become family.

As you know, philanthropy and community have always been at the forefront of our establishment.

As a way to celebrate our partial re-opening (takeout and delivery only) on Tuesday, May 19, we are launching a community give back campaign called Feed the Frontline.

Our mission is simple: to give back to our heroes who are fighting for our loved ones and neighbors impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.

Your generous donation will support:

1. Healthcare Workers & First-Responders - Provide meals to healthcare professionals and first-responders as a symbol of community-wide gratitude.

2. Ronald McDonald House - Support the Ronald McDonald House in New Hyde Park. 10% of our fundraising total will be donated to their cause. This nonprofit organization provides programs that directly improve the health and well-being of sick children and their families. Luigi's has proudly supported this organization for many years by providing catered dinners to families experiencing the pain of having sick children in the hospital, sponsored fundraising events, and hosted families for holiday dinners that they are unable to get home for due to their child's illness.

3. Small Business (Luigi's) - Help our small family business, employees and vendors get our feet back on the ground so we can enjoy our meals together in what we hope to be the near future.

We are calling on our community, neighbors, friends and family to spread the word and join us in this gesture of support to our selfless heroes. 

With a goal of $5,000, we will be able to provide hundreds of meals to our healthcare workers and first-responders. 

Donations received will compensate for the meals provided by Luigi’s at cost. The meals will then delivered to healthcare workers and first-responders in our community.
