Hi, I’m Jeb Berry. I’m a 50 year old retired Firefighter. On October 4th, I’m competing in the Great Alabama 650. I’m paddling 650 miles from Weiss Lake in Northern Alabama to Fort Morgan near Gulf Shores. It is the longest paddle race in the United States. I am teamed up with Susan Jordan. Susan has completed several ultra paddles including the Yukon 1,000. We have 10 days to finish. My goal is to raise money for the Pascagoula Fire Department Union.

Most of the time, first responders are the ones that come to the rescue, but there are times first responders need help too. The Pascagoula Fire Department has a Lieutenant, Kevin Daugherty, who is fighting cancer right now. Your donation will help Kevin with his fight.

Your contribution can help other first responders too. Usually the firefighters spend a few weekends a year doing fundraisers. They have hosted golf tournaments, sold Boston butts, sold t-shirts, held numerous fundraisers, and spent lots of time raising funds to help other first responders. I really appreciate any contribution to this cause.
