Bring Gaby Home

Hello to all. I am running this on behalf of my sister and her husband. My sister Cynthia suffers from cysts on her ovaries but after months of treatment she was finally able to ovulate and even became pregnant. After consulting her doctor, and being given the Ok, she went to our home country of El Salvador to give thanks, after her struggle to get pregnant, to a statue of the virgin Mary, which is tradition to us.
While out there she went into premature labor while on the way to a doctor's appointment on January 7th. My sister gave birth to a 2lb baby girl named Gabriela. The hospital that they went to did not have modern equipment to take care of a premature baby, so the hospital informed my sister that she would have to go to the children's hospital that has specialty equipment. The children's hospital refused to provide care, citing that Baby Gaby, having been born in a taxi, was contaminated and would be a liability. The second hospital we contacted informed us they would be happy to help, as long as we paid $3,500 for them to take her, and an additional $1,000 for every day Gaby spent getting treatment.

To give this some relevance, people in El Salvador don't make that much in a month, let alone get charged it to be taken care of daily. But seeing as we are Canadian, they charged us an obscene amount.

Eventually through persistence, and through the help of some wonderful friends, the children's hospital agreed to take Gaby. Gabriela fought hard for a full day until, sadly, she succumbed to her premature birth on January 8th.
My sister has now been charged thousands of dollars for the baby having been in intensive care. Through having given birth in a Cab, my sister had gotten a severe infection and has to pay for her treatment as well. She has asked to bring Baby Gaby home with her and they are charging her over 3 thousand dollars to cremate the baby to bring her home, and do not guarentee that we will even end up with any ashes to keep. We are reaching out in order to be able to afford to bring gabby home with her mom. please help.

I have attached our family christmas photo taken on Christmas Eve. My sister is wearing the black sweater on the right. Her husband is next to her in the grey. Gaby is in her belly... Please help us bring her home
