Medical Fund

This fund is setup to help with the upcoming expenses for Kris Bollinger. Kris was diagnosed with Metastatic Neuroendocrine Carcinoma in late 2009 and has been fighting it since. Her cancer is resistant to chemo and radiation and her current treatment includes a monthly shot that is supposed to help with the growth and spreading. Every 6 months she travels to MD Anderson in Houston Texas for checkups. Her next trip coming up the beginning of February is to remove a hyperdense enhancing lesion on her left kidney. She will have her regular checkups starting February 3rd and 4th and is scheduled for surgery on the 7th. After her surgery she will need to be in the hospital for around 5 days and after discharge she has to stay in the Houston area for another 3 to 5 days before being able to travel back home. Ken will be taking her there and staying with her.

I am so blessed to have such wonderful parents, however very humble as well. They have no idea I am doing this for them and I am so excited from the feedback I have already received. Most importantly please pray for positive results and safe travels. ~Tia
