Help My Grandma Fight Cancer Again

Howdy everyone so um this week has been hard for me because me and my family just found out my grandma has breast cancer for the second time. She has turned 80 so her body can’t handle the radiation treatment so they have to turn to other options and with that it comes with a huge bill. They are also paying off a car that they bought before they found out I know it sounds like I’m making this up but I’m not.
