Last Wishes For Our Mother

It’s with an incredibly heavy heart that we have to sit here and write this. As of today, September 12, 2018 our mom Courtney is on hospice with an extremely limited time remaining. We met with her oncology team and were told there is nothing else we or they can do, but to make her comfortable. Many of you have followed our journey through my mom’s short but difficult battle with Breast Cancer. She was unfortunately diagnosed with the most rare and most aggressive forms of cancer that only 1 in 10,000 people get diagnosed with. Through many hospitalizations and many many difficult days before this one, the most difficult days lie ahead. The days where us, her children, have to learn to live and carry on in a world without our mother and deal with the grief that we will feel. We are trying to quickly get her affairs in order so that when the time comes, we can properly grieve our mother without having to worry about making her arrangements and give her a beautiful goodbye. Please help us memorialize our beautiful mother and let her rest in the beauty and grace as she was on this earth. We thank you all in advance and truly appreciate everyone’s prayers and support during this difficult time.
