help frank get a van

frank was a strong, lively, funny, hardworking guy...until october 20, 2013 when the car he was riding in was struck by drunk driver. the accident resulted in a broken neck and three limb paralysis... amazingly he didn't suffer any brain injury and has a great attitude on life from here on. he requires a lot of equipment and supplies that insurance does not cover, most importantly a van with a wheelchair lift. please help us raise money to purchase frank the van he needs to get out and about, if you know him at all, you know how important that is!!!!
