Ram's Kidney Transplant and Recovery
On April 2015 my husband was diagnosed with Renal Kidney failure..Stage 5...both kidneys stopped functioning ...he immediately started doing dialysis at home...8 hours/night... then 10.5 hours/night...just a few months ago...we were told that if Ram doesn't get a kidney right away he may have a few weeks to live... I started doing testing to see if I can donate a kidney... Got approved but not a match... I would have to donate someone else and someone else will donate to Ram...We got a call from Cleveland Clinic a few days ago both of us got matches! Ram is expected to get a kidney tomorrow 9/12 and I will donate one of my kidneys 10/9....both of us won't be able to work for a while... We have 3 kids and will have quite a few expenses during recuperating time... We are kindly asking for help to support our family during this most trying and financially difficult time...
